Quotes, slab layouts, scheduling, crews, and invoicing — one system built only for stone shops. In English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
The problem
Three things every shop owner knows too well — and exactly what Wynterra Stone was built to end.
Quoting takes all evening, and a missed cutout or edge upgrade quietly eats the margin. Nobody else in the shop can price a job without you.
Measurements, schedule changes, "where's the crew tomorrow?" — every answer has to come from you, because you're the only one who knows. Seven days a week.
The real cost shows up weeks later, when the material's paid for and the hours are burned. By then it's history, not a decision.
The whole job, in one place
Fill in one small card — name, phone, address — and you're straight into a full-screen drawing with six guided steps: Draw, Edges & corners, Backsplash, Sink & cooktop, Stone, Review & send. Each step shows only the tools it needs. Tap the edges that get backsplash and the pieces make themselves; drop in a sink and it lands at the fabrication-correct setback on its own.
Build the quote from your own price book — materials, edges, cutouts, sinks, add-ons — and watch cost, price, and margin update live while you work. Owner's eyes only. Billed square footage always rounds up, the way the trade actually bills.
Draw the tops with exact dimensions, place the sink and cooktop cutouts, and nest the pieces onto slabs automatically — honoring your kerf, your cutting method, your margins. The layout generates the quote's material lines with the correct billed sqft.
Show the customer their actual kitchen with the actual stone on it — a 3D render with textured edges, or their own photo with the slab warped onto the counters. The choice stops being abstract, and the deposit comes faster.
A drag-and-drop pipeline from lead to paid, a Today screen with the morning's appointments and stuck jobs, and a full job card — quote, schedule, photos, activity, and owner-only live profitability — behind every column. The Action Center gathers everything waiting on you — new leads, timecard approvals, quotes going stale — and each one resolves in a tap or two.
Installers and supervisors get their own simple login: today's jobs, coworkers on site, photos, and timecards — in English, Spanish, or Portuguese. Supervisors also see the schedule and their crew's hours. Nobody calls you to ask where they're going tomorrow.

Installer or fabricator — it fits
You buy fabricated or prefab tops and install them. Wynterra runs your leads, quotes, scheduling, crews, and invoicing — without slab-shop features you don't need getting in the way.
You buy slabs and cut your own stone. You get the full slab layout editor, automatic nesting, vein matching, and DXF for your CNC or sawjet — on top of everything else.

Every screen — not a token translation. The office can run in English while an installer's phone runs in Spanish or Portuguese, and the customer's quote PDF prints in whichever language closes the job.
Owner-only numbers
Field logins can't see a single dollar figure — no prices, no rates, no wages. And it's not just hidden on screen: the server refuses to send money data to field roles at all, and we attack-test every release to prove it. Checked from the outside, too — an independent security audit came back with zero critical findings. How we test it →
Where we are
No fake testimonials, no invented customer counts. What you get as an early shop: the full product, a direct line to the people who build it, a real say in what gets built next — and the $149 launch rate locked in, even when the standard price moves to $199.
